WOD results

No WOD today – just a brutal bootcamp style park workout. Yep, this is going to hurt like buggery tomorrow!

How are you feeling?

I’m feeling great, but a little scared about how sore I am going to be tomorrow (and the next day). My current game plan for recovery is to drink lots of water (and coconut water), make sure I’m stretching after class and if possible again later in the day. I’m also using my foam roller to roll out my ITB / quads / glutes.

Tomorrow is a much needed rest day but I’m planning on doing at least some stretching.
