My CrossFit Rules

My CrossFit rules

— Take CrossFit classes at least 4 times per week
— If I can’t get to a class at the very least I will do a WOD (Workout of the day)
— I will stretch. It is recommended to stretch when doing Crossfit (although I haven’t seen a lot of CrossFit peeps stretching so far)
— I will follow a Paleo-ish diet
— I will record my weight, results from the WOD and mood each day (more stats – yay!)
— Each week I will record my measurements and BMI and post these
