28 days of me



My rules for the 28 days

— I will meditate everyday for the next 28 days (minimum is 10 minutes per day)

— Most of these will be at home guided meditation practice

— Some will be in an actual meditation class

— I will use headspace quite a lot, but I will also try to meditation on my own (scary) and use other guided meditation

— I will be completely honest about my experience (even if I am failing miserably)

— I would like to be able to meditate (comfortably) for 30 minutes by the end of the 28 days
