Mindset & Wellness Coaching For Individuals & Organisations.

You’re ambitious, smart, and capable—someone who’s been trying to prioritise your health for what feels like forever. You’ve tried different approaches, made progress here and there, but it never quite sticks. Life keeps pulling you in every direction—whether it’s work, raising kids, or simply keeping up with the day-to-day chaos.

You’ve reached a point where you know something has to change. Your energy is low, your mindset feels off, and you’re not showing up as the best version of yourself. You’re ready to break the cycle, but you’re not sure where to start.

That’s where I come in.

My coaching helps you pause, reset, and finally create a plan that works. Together, we’ll clear the overwhelm, rebuild your confidence, and focus on sustainable habits that support your health and well-being. This isn’t about quick fixes or perfection—it’s about making small, meaningful changes that fit into your life and get you closer to the version of yourself you’ve been striving for.

Ready to move from stuck to thriving? Let’s make it happen.

How It Works

One-on-One Coaching

My clients typically work with me between 6 and 12 weeks to achieve their initial transformation.
What our sessions can include:

The Internal Work
Mindset

Mindset is the foundation of how we perceive, approach, and respond to life’s challenges and opportunities. It shapes our beliefs, drives our behaviours, and influences our emotional well-being. A positive, growth-oriented mindset allows us to embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, view setbacks as stepping stones, and build resilience in the face of adversity.

We use a range of tools – especially visualisation and meditation – to help build true inner self-confidence, reduce negative self-talk, embrace set backs, define your goals, unlock your “why, and build an unshakable growth mindset.

Nourish Your Body
Nutrition

Nourishing your body with the right nutrition is essential for overall well-being and vitality. What we eat fuels every system in our body, from brain function to immune defence, energy production, and cellular repair. A balanced diet rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods provides the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients we need to function optimally. Proper nutrition supports a healthy gut microbiome, which is linked to mood regulation, mental clarity, and immune health. On the flip side, diets high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can lead to inflammation, energy crashes, and chronic health issues. By choosing foods that nourish and energize us, we create a strong foundation for physical, mental, and emotional resilience.

Move
Movement And Exercise

Our bodies are made to move, and regular exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have for maintaining health and well-being. Movement supports cardiovascular health, builds strength, improves flexibility, and boosts energy levels. Beyond the physical benefits, exercise has a profound impact on mental health, releasing endorphins that enhance mood and reduce stress. It improves focus, memory, and even sleep quality, creating a ripple effect that touches every aspect of life. Movement can also foster a sense of connection and joy—whether it’s through dancing, walking, or a group fitness class. By prioritising consistent movement, we not only nurture our bodies but also build resilience and confidence that carry into all areas of life.

Balance
Hormonal Health

We identify the areas of your life that need an endocrine system reset. Think of hormones as your body’s communication network—they help regulate everything. But when they’re out of balance, you might feel fatigued, overwhelmed, experience weight gain, or struggle with sleep, among other symptoms. Hormonal imbalances can be triggered by a range of factors: stress, sleep patterns, exercise (whether too much or too little), alcohol, caffeine, and even environmental toxins. Together, we’ll address all the lifestyle factors contributing to a dysregulated hormonal system and work towards restoring balance

FAQ's

Frequently Asked

Visualisation is a powerful mental tool that has been widely adopted by professional athletes, from Olympians to elite sports teams, to enhance their performance. By mentally rehearsing movements, strategies, or goals, athletes can create the neural patterns needed for success, even before stepping onto the field. Research supports the effectiveness of visualisation, showing that it activates the same regions of the brain as physical practice, helping to strengthen muscle memory, boost confidence, and reduce anxiety. We incorporate visualisation techniques into your program to help bring your goals into sharper focus.

Nope, no gym membership needed. We work to create a movement and exercise program that works for you.

I typically work with individuals who are ready to prioritize their health and well-being but feel stuck or overwhelmed by where to start. My clients are often ambitious, smart, and juggling a lot—whether it’s building a career, managing a household, raising kids, or chasing personal goals.

They’ve tried improving their health before—through diets, fitness plans, or mindset shifts—but struggle to make changes that stick. They’re looking for a sustainable, realistic approach that fits their unique lifestyle and helps them feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their everyday life.

If this sounds like you, I’d love to help! Let’s work together to create a plan that feels doable and gets you where you want to be.

You will start to feel results quickly - in most cases almost immediately, but I currently work with clients for a minimum of 6 weeks - we need this time together to be able to make long-term, sustainable change, and to get your functioning at your very best.

Generally speaking, Registered Dieticians (RD) are highly trained and work in conventional medical settings, such as hospitals and public health centres. Because they are dealing with serious health conditions like diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular problems, they are overseen by a governing body and need to adhere to a certain set of guidelines. This approach ensures a certain level of care, but doesn't take into account the non-dietary aspects of life that can facilitate or prevent healing. RD’s focus is usually on disease management and recovery, rather than achieving a higher level of health and wellness, and thriving in life.

Generally speaking, personal trainers focus on exercise to help a client feel better, fitter or lose weight. Health Coaching is a more holistic approach focusing on nutrition, energy levels, movement and exercise, mindfulness, motivation and stress management.

Generally speaking, life coaches focus on life goals and motivation where as Health Coaches focus on all areas of health to get clients functioning at their very best - nutrition, movement and exercise, mindfulness, motivation, energy levels and stress management.
